Most items are custom printed on demand specifically for your order. Because each product is made-to-order, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the situations noted below.


✅ We Accept Returns/Exchanges Only If:

1. The product arrived damaged or defective

Examples include:

  • Printing errors

  • Tears, holes, or damaged material

  • Incorrect color or design

  • Misaligned graphics

If this happens, we will remake or replace the item at no cost to you.

2. You received the wrong item

If we ship the incorrect product, size, or design, we will correct the order.


❌ We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

Because each product is custom printed once your order is placed, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Dislike of style, look, or design once received

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Items that do not fit as expected

  • Preference for a different product or color

  • Price comparisons or buyer’s remorse

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
