At Hill Country Trading post, most items are custom printed on demand once your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs across multiple sports while keeping inventory fresh.

Because our products are made-to-order, production begins after your purchase is completed.
Production times may vary based on order volume, product type, and season.

We will send an email confirmation once your order has been submitted, and another email when your order has shipped.

Shipping is provided through standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times depend on:

  • Your location

  • Carrier transit speed

  • Seasonal volume

  • Weather or carrier delays

Once the carrier receives your package, Hill Country Trading Post no longer controls delivery speed or transit conditions.

Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
